Gas Safe Register
After carrying out a review of gas safety in 2006, the government’s Health and Safe Executive made the decision to change to a new gas registration scheme. The Gas Safe Register replaced Corgi as the gas registration body on 1 April 2009. It is therefore no longer Corgi plumbers or gas engineers that you require to carry out gas work in your house. Only Gas Safe Registered engineers can legally work on a gas appliance.
Energy Efficiency
Our London Gas Safe Registered engineers have undertaken training, and hold qualifications, in energy efficiency. This enables us to specifically design a heating system in the most energy efficient way possible. Our training gives us the knowledge and understanding of system layouts, controls and components to comply with Part L (conservation of fuel and power) of the Building Regulations.
